Do I have to create an account to place an order?

You do not have to create an account to place an order.  If you do not wish to create an account, please enter your email address, do not enter a password, and continue to fill out all the shipping information.  This will allow you to continue placing an order without creating an account.  If you choose to create an account, all personal information is kept private and secure.

How soon will my order ship?

We ship orders within 24 hours from the time the order was placed.  Kits are pre-assembled and ready to go.  Most orders are sent Ground Advantage (replaced First Class Mail Packages) and Priority Mail through United States Postal Service.   All domestic orders are shipped with delivery confirmation.  Delivery confirmation/tracking numbers are available upon request.

Will I be charged for shipping?
All US orders will have a $4 shipping charge.  International orders will be charged for the full shipping amount through a second invoice after the package is prepared and weighed.

Do we ship outside the US?

We currently only ship to Canada.  See "Shipping and Sales Tax" tab at bottom for rates. 

Will I be charged sales tax?

We are required to collect 6.75% sales tax for all orders shipped within Ohio.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept cash, personal checks, cashier's checks, Venmo, Paypal or credit card.   You do need need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.  Customers will be charged a $25 fee on a returned check.  You can also contact me to process a credit card over the phone using Square terminal.


Where do the card designs come from?

I design all my cards.  I find inspiration in everything from nature, color combinations, papers, stickers, die-cuts.  I love to combine textures and colors.  All of my designs belong to me and are copyrighted.  You can not reproduce them for profit.


What do I do if there is something missing from my kit?

We will work very hard to ensure that every kit is complete.  If you are missing something, please e-mail us a detailed description with your name and address and we will quickly mail the missing item to you.  Please look carefully because small pieces can get stuck inside the envelopes or stick to the backs of larger pieces, and even stick to your shirtsleeves. 

Will a kit be available again after it sells out?

If a kit sells well and the products used in the kit are still available, we will do our best to make more kits available for purchase.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Every order will be carefully packaged.  If an order does arrive damaged, please contact us and we can work together to resolve the problem.
